Becky Leigh and Mario Kyprianou met on an island in the Mediterranean Sea. They’ve been making movies and babies together ever since.

Their screenplay, SHELLEY AND STANLEY, is currently being produced by Andrew Lazar (AMERICAN SNIPER) and Lewellen Productions (Dakota & Elle Fanning), with Dakota Fanning set to star.

Their screenplay, WHITE MOUNTAINS, was named to The Black List in 2022 and has Higher Ground Productions (President Barack Obama & Michelle Obama) producing for Netflix, with Anne Hathaway set to star.

Their latest screenplay, THE GETAWAY, was named to The Black List in 2023 and is being produced by Judd Apatow for Universal Studios, with Leslie Mann set to star.

Mario & Becky are currently adapting David Rensin’s ALL FOR A FEW PERFECT WAVES for the screen.
